Go to your iPhone Settings → scroll to Birthday Book → toggle on Contacts and/or Calendars. Then open the app and import again from Settings → Re-sync Contacts.

Your Google account needs to be synced to your iPhone's native calendar. Go to iPhone Settings → Calendar → Accounts → Add Account → Google. Once synced, Birthday Book can read those birthdays automatically.

Go to iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Birthday Book → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

Open Birthday Book → Settings → Restore Purchase. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you originally purchased with.

If you didn't export a backup before deleting the app, the data is gone — it was only stored on your device. We recommend using the Export Backup feature in Settings periodically. You can always re-import from contacts and calendars.

Go to facebook.com/events/birthdays on your phone, screenshot the list, then use "Scan from Photos" in Birthday Book's import screen. The AI will read the names and dates.
